Additionally, our new site will provide online submission system. Authors for these journals can register to track the production status of their article online, choose to receive e-mail alerts on article status, and get free access to their article when it is published online on Pertanika.

Designed with a fresh innovative appearance the website has a plethora of features to assist our authors, editors and reviewers in a user-friendly format.

With improvements throughout, the new website has a greater emphasis on easier submission of manuscripts to the Journal.

Authors desiring information about a specific manuscript submission to Pertanika should be aware that Pertanika policy provides prohibitions about providing manuscript specific information to third parties (other than the corresponding author).

Please note that before making a status inquiry of a submitted manuscript to Pertanika, the Executive Editor's Office prefers that you contact us by e-mail only. The Executive Editor's Office is not able to accept any status inquiries by phone due to a very large number of calls received every day.

However, due to the large volume of emails received in my office every day, I ask for your patience as my staff and I work to sort and respond to your queries on your submitted manuscripts. I hope that you understand that it is not practicable to respond to every mail on daily basis.

Nevertheless, we will make every effort to assist you in locating the information you seek. To ensure that your message is routed as quickly as possible to the appropriate personnel, please direct all queries only to the Executive Editor, Pertanika Journals.
