Guidelines & Forms for Special Issues

GUEST EDITOR

Please read the guidelines below and submit the completed forms.

1.	GUIDELINES on Pertanika's Special Issue (for guest editor)
	Provides information on the following: General Facts FAQ
2.	Special Issue AGREEMENT (Form 6a)
	Contains the following items: Information on the Conference & Guest Editor Agreement (to be signed & submitted by the Guest Editor)
3.	ORIGINALITY Check Report (to be submitted by the Guest Editor for each
	manuscript) All submitted manuscripts must be in the acceptable similarity index range: < 30%� PASS; 30-40%� RESUBMIT MS; > 40%� REJECT.
4.	REVIEWER Information (Form 6b)
	The Guest Editor must provide full information on reviewers appointed for each manuscript. A minimum of two reviewers, of which, at least one must be an external reviewer.
5.	Manuscript Reviewing GUIDE (for reviewers) This GUIDE contains the following items: • Pertanika Review process • Reviewer's Guidelines for Article Evaluation
6.	Manuscript Reviewing KIT (special issues) This KIT contains the following item: • Manuscript Reviewing (Comments form).
7.	DECISION FORM (special issues) Must be signed and submitted by the guest editor for each manuscript. • Final Acceptance or Rejection of Manuscript for Publication.

Manuscript Submission

Authors should read the 'Manuscript Submission Guide' thoroughly before submitting their article to Pertanika using the 'Manuscript Submission Kit'.

1.	Manuscript Submission GUIDE This GUIDE contains the following items: • Sample of a Cover Letter • Important Information Sheet • Reference List for Scope of the Journal (JTAS, JST, JSSH).
2.	Manuscript Submission KIT(special issues) This KIT contains the following items: • Classification of Subject Area • Declaration Form.
3.	Copyright Agreement
	This form must be duly signed and completed by the submitting author.
