Preparation
Review the procedure
Use the instructions and forms available in ScholarOne to familiarise yourself with the submission process. Prepare the manuscript in accordance with the current Instructions to Authors.

Submission
Submit the manuscript
After logging in, open the Author Center, choose Submit a New Manuscript and follow the on-screen instructions to upload the manuscript, figures and tables.
